    Carriers and communications providers can easily justify connecting to Vantage CWL1, as it is the largest data centre campus in Europe. Thousands of individual fibres have been installed by multiple carriers through multiple entry points into an expanding array of Meet-Me Rooms. We are completely carrier agnostic, with full representation from the leading international and UK carriers.

    Benefit from fully diverse fibre routes

    To complement the multiple fibre routes laid by multiple carriers into the campus, Vantage CWL1 has also co-invested with Next Generation Access in an additional fully diverse fibre route. This fibre route is commercially available to any Vantage CWL1 customer at attractive rates.

    Connect to the Cloud Gateway

    Our Cloud Gateway facilitates direct access to leading public Cloud providers including Microsoft ExpressRoute. Operated by Vantage within the Campus, the fully redundant layer 2 service, which bypasses the internet, is a strategic point of connection into Public Cloud for the West of the UK. Cloud Gateway is also an essential component of hybrid Cloud solutions implemented at the facility.

    Access to the London Internet Exchange (LINX)

    In 2019, Vantage CWL1 was chosen by LINX to be the location for LINX-Wales, cementing the facilities’ position as a major point of interconnectivity in Western England and Wales. This translates for customers into a lower latency and an overall improved end-user experience.
