Design & Build
Design
At Vantage Data Centers CWL1, we provide complimentary design services to help you design and layout your data centre. For customers who need a few racks of colocation, we can help plan cable routes, footprint layouts, connectivity solutions and optimise power densities and cooling. For customers seeking a bespoke data hall, we’ll work with you on every aspect of the design, space planning and fitment to create a dedicated space exactly to your specification. And for our largest customers, we will collaborate to give you hyperscale solutions top to bottom. In all cases, we can do as much or as little as you want, including modular designs, working with your people and your supply partners to design your ideal solution. Tell us about your project!
Build
Supply & Install
We can supply and fit all the items that make up a data centre. In some cases, we’ll have stock on-site and if your requirement is unusual or bespoke, we’ll likely be able to cover it from our broad range of supply partners or from yours if you prefer. Common supply items include:

In-Life Services

Facilities
We don’t just provide data centre space, we also support our customers with a broad range of office facilities and car parking at each location. For occasional use, there are chill-out rooms with catering facilities and meeting rooms for hire. For customers with larger operations or permanent staff at the site, we can custom build offices, storage facilities, laboratory, staging and demonstration suites. Our data centre also houses larger conference rooms that can be used for events and bespoke catering and escorted site tours can be provided on request.
Service Management & Migration
Service Management
We operate a 24/7 service desk as a point of contact for customer queries and assistance. All calls are logged and collated into a monthly service report along with SLA data, building management and security access data. Larger customers will additionally have a full managed data centre service with dedicated service managers and account managers and the option of conducting monthly or quarterly service reviews.
